Aspect Ratio locked

My aspect ratio is locked while resizing a rectangle from the corner. Can't remember that I have changed some setting in that direction. What to do?

@Ayo Two possibilities:

• Settings -> Editing -> Proportional Object Scaling.
• Transform panel menu -> Global Proportional Mode and the proportional icon checked next to the w/h field.
