Yes, the default toolbar was simplified (too many icons, problems with small screens). But it is possible to customize.

ok. It was a higher priority to me to be super accessible, but I appreciate the flexibility to add it (or any other panel) back into the menu bar again. I know I could also stack it on the right side with all the other panels.
If I wanted to add it back in again at the top, would that be in the contextual menu bar or can we also alter the very top menu bar area? -

This can be edited with the Customize Toolboxes command and in Toolbox select the "Context Panel" mode.
