[Bug] Strange behaviour of scrolling lists

I had problems with the 'Rescan Fonts' item disappearing from the 'Text' menu. Sometimes I could use it and other times it was invisible. I noticed that the problem was the scrolling lists. Using the arrows shortens/extends the length of the list and does not display the last item. Only by using the mouse roll did the missing element become apparent. https://recordit.co/GUx3NeseHr
