Panel gets narrower

Every time I click on the panel options, the panel gets narrower:
edit: up to this maximum withdrawal limit

@Pat I cannot replicate this. Tried both on Windows 10 and 11.

@VectorStyler Always reproducible on my side. It's not a big deal in itself, I just report any unusual thing I come across
This happens with or without a document open and I think this was already reported for v 1.1. -

This happens when the width of the panels is greater than the minimum width. Same in version 1.1.
