Docked Panels are cut off on the right side

When I dock panels on the right side of the window, they are cut off. The column where the panels reside can not be resized.
This is on a 4K monitor with 150% scaling, and it happens in both full screen and windowed.

I will try to replicate this.

After a restart, the panels are not cut off anymore. I still can't make the column wider, though (it works in 1.1.115).

I can make the column wider; there seems to be a substantial delay before I can do it when I hover the cursor over the divider.
