Panels getting wider

Everytime I change the settings in the settings-menu the panels in the left are getting wider. Also V1.1 is having the same issue.

@FastVector Yes, this could happen on a workspace change (or settings) I will try to improve this.

With the vertical panels I've noticed some more strange behaviors.
You now have the option to click on sort of arrow icon.
(I think someone already noticed that the panels icons are visible but the text on the right side from the icon only partly.)
On the left workspace the resizing is working, on the right side most of the time not.
And when you than drag an icon out and then release it at the heigth of the upper ruler the panel goes mostly out of the screen and isn't moveable. And when I hit on the side of the panel to resize it, then the panel comes down again.
Hitting the arrow icon again to show the panels again makes them visible again, but I can't scroll down with the slider or the mouse wheel (sometimes also not visible)

@FastVector I will try to replicate this.
One thing about iconified panels: these can still be resized, with the text showing if the size is large enough.
But by default, it should display only the icon.
