Restoring iconified panel not working, also width changes

I finally seem to return to a state where I have time to test and play and I have been eyeing the progress on 1.2 for quite some time. Today I installed it and gave it a first go. My first action was to recreate my preferred workspace.

I am able to iconify the panels, but restoring them is not really possible.

Also the panel width reduces between the two actions.

@syllie Seems to be a Windows-only issue.
What OS version do you have?

yep Win10. Added it to my sig.

@syllie Yes, this can be replicated on windows.
It occurs for docked, iconified panels.
As a workaround: try clicking as much as possible to the left side of the icon (close to the double line).
I will fix this in the next build.
