How can I transform anchor point and see and snap to shapes midpoints?

Need help in following two matters:

1. How can I transform/move objects anchor points? Needed when I ie. rotating objects
2. In Illustrator I can see shapes/objects midpoint in Outline mode. How is it in VS?
