As for I know there is a recoloring panel planned for Phase 4. And I hope to see some of these features in the panel. Mostly I would like to see the feature with the color wheel.

@FastVector I absolutely agree with your suggestions for the Phase 4 planned "Recolor Panel"
I've requested an option in VS to show a listing of all colors currently used in the document. (color squares like in the color panel would suffice). So the user can delete colors and/or swap around colors quickly by clicking on the color square and choosing a replacement color, or using the features you highlighted in your original posting
