Not everyone is familiar with Illustrator
(did not like the interface, my whole prof. live, so i try to avoid it where ever i can)you may take a look at Menu > Effects > Shape Effects

Not everyone is familiar with IllustratorI don't have a current Illustrator license to take a screenshot. It is an effect under stylize that fills objects with scribble strokes which can be adjusted via a panel, like the brush effect in VectorStyler. I found this video on YouTube

i think there is no such a effect in VS
but i played a bit with the "Noise Zigzag" Shape Effect
to get something similiar.
in the ende i would place the whole thing in a clipped object
