Color Blend Steps

I want to create 11 color steps with Blend Tool:
darkest is 100% black, lightest 0%. From Black to White. 9 steps in between.
Percentages 90, 80, 70 and so forth.
In Illustrator it works fine. In Vectorstyler I get strange percentages:
100-97-90-78-65-50-35-22-10-3-0%
How to get regular steps? I tried RGB, CMYK, Greyscale. -
@onno-r This is because the colors are blended in a non-linear form by default (to be similar to a gradient).
I will solve this issue.
