New selection mode

In work, we often encounter graphics provided by customers. They are the file layouts exported from CAD, and their layouts are to save materials, so the graphics are very dense between each other, and they are characterized by unknown rotation angles, etc., which are messy. Can a new selection mode be created? Based on the way of graphic wrapping, selecting the outermost circle will include all the contents inside. This way of selection will be more convenient. Otherwise, the selection will be very strenuous.
