Scripting is already possible (internally with Lua), but additional languages need to be added (JavaScript and Python) and then interfaces selected and documented (this one is a lot of work).
It is planned for version 2 (still a long way).

it may be a mix of Features from early Phases
( definitly not Phase 6 )

If you read the beginning of the roadmap it says:

tentative priority order. The priority of course is not fixed,
nor the actual content of this list. New features may show up
as development progresses, and some features may be pushed

approximate order in which these will be implemented.
Also, any bug reports or important missing features will

Ye, it is already.

Not for now, would require investments, would derail to whole thing.
