I'm trying to understand the logic for the origin starting in the bottom left instead of the top left.

I use VS for designing paths for projects that I will import into my CAD software, and discovered that the document origin point starts in the bottom left corner. While you can change the origin, it counts down into negative units instead of positive units instead of counting up.

Just trying to understand the rational.

      Thank you.
