Label the incremental save and backup time quantities in the Settings> Document files

In the Settings> Document files, Where the options to set the backup time and the save incrementally time, could we clarify we're we're talking about seconds or minutes? Either an option to switch between the two: secs/mins
or just set the text permanently to say one of the two?
It would help keep things understandable and avoid confusion.
