I suggest that both the Symbol Stamp Tool and the Symbol Spray Brush stamp symbols with the order chosen in the Symbols panel.

Now, symbols are stamped randomly - video.

@VectorStyler: Perhaps it should be a toggle to randomize or keep order of selection.
