Additional way of random "For Each" rotations in fixed Steps

Would it be possible to add an additional way of random "For Each" rotations?
So that we could generate random "for each" rotations in 15,30,45 or any
degree increments.

Currently, when I perform a random for each rotation in VS, lets say 45 degrees,
VS generates all possible steps between 0 and 45 degrees.

But I would also find it helpful, for pattern generating, to have a way
to generate random rotations, in fixed steps of 15, 30, 45 or any
number of degrees.
