I must have accidentally done something to affect the erase tool because I no longer see a path for the eraser and it deletes whoile objects and not parts of objects. Here is a video of this happening. How do I get it back to the regular eraser mode where I can delete a portion of a shape again?

@Boldline What is the eraser brush size (context panel, or double click on the eraser icon) ?

@VectorStyler it was at "0" ok that explains it. When I make it any other size, it returns to the right functionality. Ironically, I can see that being a useful option on occasion - the ability to click or drag on the shape and the whole thing erases immediately. Thanks for your help!
