In Settings I have this enabled: Editing->Direct Shape Editing.

With Transformed Stroke and Uniform Stroke Scale disabled

      1. Draw a rectangle or square
      2. Input a corner radius of for example 5mm
      3. Using the Transform Tool, scale the rectangle by dragging on a corner transform handle
      4. Using the Transform Tool, scale the rectangle by dragging on a side / top / bottom transform handle
Result: the radius will draw perfectly but will not increase in size and the Corner Radius input field will also reflect as such

With Transformed Stroke and Uniform Stroke Scale enabled
      Repeat steps 1-3
      Results:

      1. Using the corner transform handle will produce a perfectly scaled up radius but with no change in the Corner Radius input field.
      2. Scaling the rectangle by dragging on a side / top / bottom transform handle produces distorted corners.

In both instances a Scale Corners option would be warmly welcomed.

        Scale Corners option

I added this to the features backlog, but I'm not sure yet how this can be done.
