      I like to use number variables to vary a parameter across objects of a repeater using the Adjust numbers repeater option.

      It works great with distance parameters such as width, height, line width, shape effect geometric variables, but it doesn't work with color parameters such as R, G, B or H, S, L ...

      It would be great if numbers variables could be used in color parameters as well, to vary color components in a parametric way

        @EricP There is the Color Schemes panel that can do something similar, but not color components.

          @VectorStyler thanks
          I need to explore the color scheme panel more, but It seems to apply a single color to all selected objects. I'm looking for ways to vary colors across objects using different patterns.

          I think colorize effect is more suited for this. I have to understand how the variations work in colorize effect. I do not always get the expected results, maybe by misunderstanding how the feature is supposed to work
