increasing the arrow-up-down key steps in the standard numeric field

I'm trying to speed up the arrow-up-down key steps in the standard numeric fields, but cannot make the Settings work. I've also tried the Nudging tab in Settings but with no effect. Have I missed something?

@Raaskot This are for on-canvas width change (the bracket keys).
There is no settings for changing the value with up/down key in the text field.
I will see if I can add it.
