    Could panels go to 30% opacity while the object is dragged overtop?

      Is it possible for an object dragged overtop a floating panel to do so unobscured? Maybe the panel could go to 30% opacity while the object is dragged overtop?

      Here is a video showing how it looks when it happens currently

        @Boldline I will think of a solution for this, but it looks difficult.

          @VectorStyler Rebelle (painting software) simply hides a panel briefly when your brush is below it while painting.
