      This is awesome! I just tried it out. That is a big help! I'm excited to try this out in my next design I ink.

      I'm not a developer - is there a feasible solution to at some point being able to to do the same with brushes that use the pressure setting or when a taper is chosen from the profile tab in the brush panel?

        @Boldline The problem with brushes is that the content of the brush cannot be cut.
        Cutting and merging the width profile can be done (added this to the backlog), but the brush content from one of the shapes will be stretched out on the resulting shape if the Merge option in the context panel is checked.
