    Distribute but not by hierarchy

      When I was using the alignment panel and distributing the vector fills vertically, I noticed it automatically arranged them by hierarchy as well. In my video example, it moved the blue "flyers" word up to the very top since it was on top of the "pile".
      This can be handy in many ways, but there are plenty of times I only want the items distributed and their hierarchy ignored - is there an option for this or can it be added?

        @Boldline Try the options in the bottom right of the panel.
        The first two will be the same if box selection is used (selection order is stacking order).
        But the third might help (geometric order).

          @vectoradmin yes the geometric order option was what I was looking for - thank you. I'm glad there are so many options for alignment and for distributing vectors - makes the options in Illustrator look like child's play haha!
