I came across this article about a vector inspector plugin during my search of vector tutorials. I wasn't aware of this plugin for Illustrator, but the concept it ties in with an earlier thread on the forum about eliminating issues in a file that could cause difficulties offset paths, fixing imported vectors, preparing a file for export, etc.
VS already has a robust search option - I don't know if tying this in as a fast scan of the file to help user avoid issues would be useful.
For the record, I have never used this plugin nor have I downloaded it. I don't know if it's legit or fake or spam, just the concpet itself seemed worth mentioning
