VS window snaps back to a default position

If I am not in fullscreen mode and move the
VS window to another position.

Then the Window does not stay in that position.
In some cases the window jumps back into some
kind of default position.

@Subpath Replicated, will be fixed in the next build.
Workaround: after restoring a maximized window, resize it just a bit, and then it should work.

Dont know ifwether this should already be fixed in 1.1.028

VS Window still moving, but i think i got the reason when.
If you move the VS Program window outside the visible area,
it jumps back again when you select a tool.
