Win 10 - Key repeating doesnt work in VS since 1.1.028

Its only in VS, all other Programs works fine.
The key repeat does not work in VS since 1.1.028.
Neither with text nor in the panels. I have to press
the key again and again myself. -
@Subpath Seems to be a regression: Repeating a regular letter works here. Repeating the backspace or arrows does not.

@vectoradmin, backspace and arrow key doesnt work here (and others
maybe also). But regular letter works. -
