Two panels instead of one

After customizing the Context Panel Toolbox to add buttons for several functions, like the Appearance, Alignment, and Gradient panels, when I click the button I've added to the Context Panel, two panels open and the closing behavior is erratic. Sometimes both panels will close when clicking off them, sometimes only one will close. It's a minor issue, and having this level of customizability for the interface is impressive.
