@gentlecl Did you try setting the View -> Subpixel -> Maximum mode? I think it should be somewhat better.

@gentlecl What can also help @vectoradmin diagnose issues with files is having the "store history" turned on in the "new document setup" panel. You can also turn it on going forward in an existing document with File> Document Setup
