Closing node issue in pen tool

Still have the issue in closing node with pen tool and that handle still there deleting that handle solve the issue. It was just a click to close not drag.

@Jayanta-Das I think the issue here is with the stroke not rendering correctly with very short handles. I added thit to the backlog.

@vectoradmin This object's first node and closing node were made with just a click (not click+drag). I think this handle should not be created unless the first or closing node have click+drag. This is my observation only. Other you know better.

Maybe this recording will explain what I mean. In both the program the first and closing node is just a click (and not click+drag). In other program there is no handle in closing node, but in VS there is handle.
