Reset Default Workspace - Win10 build 209

Following may be by design, but for your consideration:

I tinkered a little bit with customizing the workspace and had some issues moving things where I wanted them - so at some point I decided to do View -> Workspaces -> Restore Default

The result was a bit unexpected: No toolbox, no context bar, no palette bar. Panels: Color, Layers, Appearance, Transparency.

It does not resemble the workspace that Vectorstyler first launched with (as also seen in Introduction to Vectorstyler.

This could be a design choice but it feels a bit awkward.

@syllie I open a bug on this. The Reset Default should result in the same workspace as it was after installation.

@syllie Restoring workspace is fixed now (was broken on both Mac and Windows)
