Context menu/submenu presentation issue

Hi - I had some weird issue happening whilst playing with the warp tools and I am still trying to work out if I can replicate. In doing so I tried to add a path effect via the layers panel and noticed that the sub menu covers the context menu when the layers panel is docked. This may happen in other situations too but I did not test for that. Screenshot shows the issue:

@syllie Yes, this may happen when the menu does not fit into the screen. I open a bug on this to avoid overlap.
