Toolbox Style - change 1 to 2 columns issue

The Toolbox is jumping around while switching the view columns count.
While in the 2 column mode an empty icon appears which may be unfolded to some 'cutting tools' I believe. -
@plrang Yes, it can be replicated. The empty icon is a bug: the corner tool is missing from the two column toolbox.
I will try to jumping around is caused by having the bottom-left corner fixed when changing the size of the toolbox. I will try to fix these ASAP.
