Windows - Cannot snap resize the program

On Windows, you are able to drag a program into various parts of the screen to resize it at various sizes, such as into the corners to fill 1/4 the screen, the left or right sides to fill 1/2 the screen, or to the top to fullscreen. This function does not work with VectorStyler, and I am not able to drag-resize the program using Microsoft's PowerToys program either. I am unsure if this would be considered a bug or technically a feature, but it comes off as a bug regardless due to being abnormal for Windows programs to not have this ability.

@Mongeuse Yes this is a bug. Added it to the backlog, I will try to find a solution.
