Guidelines don't snap to Grid

Hello,
I was dragging a guideline from the ruler, onto an artboard, with a visible grid, and snapping is turned on for both Guidelines and the Grid.

My expectation was that it would snap to the grid, but it does not.
Is this a bug, or would this be a new feature?

I did not save and attach a file as it is fairly easy to reproduce

Is it me or is the grid setup entirely broken? I cannot edit the default grid whatever I do, and guidelines certainly do not snap to that.

macOS latest build.

It wasn't just me fumbling; nothing happened. Even after restarting VS.

I then disabled snap to grid and enabled it again (from the panel menu) and now it works. I remember some other features that also needed a push to work after upgrading to this version.

But no, guidelines do not snap to the grid.

@Ingolf If the default grid is not showing, select the "Create Canvas Grid" in the Grid panel menu to create a new one.
I add this and the snapping issue to the backlog.

It was showing - no edits changed it though. Only after disabling and re-enabling it.
