Alt/Option modifier for temporary lasso selection does not work fully with rotated canvas

I noticed that if I have the canvas rotated and attempt to use the alt/option modifier with the transform tool to make a temporary lasso selection, it does not select all of the objects I encircled. It works correctly when rotation is at the default position, but not when it's rotated in any way. Here is a video of this
I tried restarting VS and had the same issue. I also made a new document and used basic shapes and had the same problem.

@Boldline I tried to replicate this with basic shapes, but it is working here.
It could be some settings that is different. Send me the second example file saved with the zoom / rotation as it is in the recording.

@VectorStyler Sent you another example file and left it zoomed and tilted as I demonstrated in the video - I also removed my custom preferences file and went to the default and tried again and still had problems here

@Boldline This problem should be fixed in 1.1.049. There is a new option in preferences to enable automatic closing of the lasso shape.
If the lasso shape is left open (also possible), then only the object intersecting the lasso outline are selected.
