Pointer changes unexpectedly (visual bug)

Was using the pen tool. Tried to change the stroke width using the drop down in the stroke panel. Moving the pointer back to the canvas showed it as the move tool (white arrow) instead of the pen tool. Pen tool was still active, and it behaved like the pen tool too.

@syllie Looks like this happens on Windows. I opened a bug on this one.
