Small blink on click and drag

As you can see here, when I click and drag quickly, a flash appears in the grey area around the canvas. 0.58.

If I click, wait a little then and drag, it doesn't happen.

Quite visible on Windows.
Also visible on macOS, but much less so.

It's more pronounced in real life, the GIF hasn't caught all the blinks, and even more so on a large external monitor.

@Ingolf I see the wording "Artboard 1" flashing. That is probably something that should not flash

@Boldline The artboard name is displayed in an "indicatpor layer" that is above the drawing. When the objects are moved, this indicator layer is redrawn.

@Ingolf Yes, a small blink can be observed on Windows here also. I will try to find a solution.
