Filled shapes with the pencil tool now affects my pen tool as well in .62 (macOS)
Had I not know the history about this feature I would never have found the setting or root cause.

@Ingolf Added this to the backlog, but I;m not sure yet what is the solution here. The option is on by default now. But this option did affect the Pen tool also in previous builds.
