Activating Transform Tool / Node Tool via shortcut doesn't work. [Build .064]

I can't switch between Transform Tool/Node Tool by A-key shortcut in .64 build. However I have no problem with activating it with double-click.

@encart In the Keyboard Shortcuts editors, select the "Shape Editing" in the Context drop down, and remove the Transform Tool for the "A" key.
I will try to figure out what is the regression here, works on Mac, but not on Windows.
