Recovery File not retaining original file name

VS just crashed a little bit ago (emailed you about it @VectorStyler)
the file I was working on at the time had previously been saved but had recent edits that were not saved to current status. After the crash and restarting VS, I accepted the recovery file and it opened but had an "untitled" name instead of the prior name with an asterisk. I had to go find the original file and save over it. If I remember correctly, VS was supposed to keep the recovered file with the same name but adding an asterisk and hitting "save" would automatically overwrite the original file (with a warning of course) -
