Cannot specify layer color (RC19, Windows)

If I try to specify a color for a layer using the latest RC1.0.019 the color wheel behaves erratically and setting the desired layer color fails.

@Arde On Windows the wheel closes after the first click. Will get fixed in the next build.

This is still broken. Sometimes keyboard can be used to enter the color values but the mouse does not work and the color controles are unresponsive.

@Arde I cannot replicate this issue with the latest Windows build.
Is this still a problem?
