Select all hidden/locked objects doesn't work in Layer Panel context menu

I know that interface improvements are foreseen in later updates. However, searching for a hidden/locked object is difficult due to the similarity of the icons in both states. I have therefore personalised the layer panel menu for myself. However, while the command works on the canvas, it does not behave this way in the Layers Panel.

@encart This might be a bug in how the command is run when it is from Layers panel menu. Added this to the backlog.
