Example of bug that occurs after VS is used for a long session

After a long period of use and then leaving it open when machine is sleeping and using it the next day, I commonly run into issues getting the lock icon to work properly in the layers panel. When you click on one, it unlocks for a brief second and then reverts to locked status again. Sometimes it doesn't do anything at all. When I click on the lock icon for other layers, it will lock or unlock other layers instead. This can all be seen in the video here.
If I restart VS, the problem goes away.
