I noticed an issue when trying to use the pan option (spacebar) after selecting nodes and converting them to cusp, symmetric or smooth. Sometimes it would work as expected but most of the time, the first grab and pull with the pan tool (spacebar) just drew a box and nothing else happened. I have a video of this in action. it worked the first time or two but stopped working after that

ok so it seems any time you press anything in the contextual menu bar, an immediate pan is not available - does this have to do with modal menus and artboard?

@Boldline Yes, can be replicated here also. This was the same before.
When clicking outside of the canvas, the keyboard input is assigned to that part of the UI.
To have the panning active again, click on the canvas.
