Export "Save" dialogue box retains unrelated title from an older job in the name box

I noticed that when I export a design, it pulls up an old unrelated file name as the default, even though the file itself has an existing name it could pull from. This old default file name has been the default option for several exports now, so it was not the last one I did prior to this current example.
Update: I exported to different final files from this same document and it retained the name of the most recent file as it should this time. I'm still not sure why it's not just using the existing active file name as the source for the default name in the export dave box
