Pencil tool does not allow fill only option like before

Pencil tool does not allow fill only option like before - I checked my settings in preferences and it was allowed.
It gives a fill and stroke together. When I turn off the stroke, the next object made has a fill and stroke again.

@Boldline Could not replicate this one. I have the "Filled Shapes with Pencil tool" option enabled in preferences.

@VectorStyler I tried again after another restart of VS and it's working again... I don't know. I tried to do the due diligence before reporting it. It was persistent even after restarting before. I'll let you know if it happens again
