Cannot move color sliders (except in RGB mode)

Ok, so the 1.1.097 version is not crashing now when you switch color modes, but now it's not possible to move ANY of the color sliders except in RGB mode.

1. Draw a shape. Make sure you are in RGB mode.
2. Click and drag a color slider (R, G, B). Fine.
3. Switch to any other color mode, eg CMYK, HSL, HSB, etc. You no longer can drag a color slider. You can CLICK in a specific location and the slider thumb jumps there but you cannot drag it.

This issue is propagated to other places as well. For example in the Document Setup dialog > Guides tab when you are trying to change the color for any of the swatches (other then RGB) you can't move the sliders.
