More repeater issues...

So I was playing with repeaters some more...
I thought I was having issues with Repeater (in my previous bug report) because they need a Symbol. So this time I tried using the Repeater with symbols. I noticed 2 issues.

When you create a symbol and use that to create a repeater, the symbol disappears from the artboard and it will be just blank. However, the repeater still has the "Repeater Options" menu item enabled and it is actually working. The confusing part is that nothing is visible on the artboard initially. So the selected symbol will disappear.

The other issue is (or at least confusing) is when you select "Repeater Options" and you start adding symbols to the repeater. They show up as empty squares. Also, what if I want to delete those empty squares? You cannot. I don't find anything to do that. Backspace or Delete key doesn't delete them. So you can only add but the remove symbols in the repeater?
