Bounding box in not align to centre

As we can see in the screenshot the bounding box in not centre align. It is some point above the object.

@Jayanta-Das Are there some image effects applied on those objects.
The bounding box is calculated around the object shape, and does not include the extensions resulting from image effects.

@VectorStyler Yes there is image effects applied on this object. But I have seen object without any effects have same issue. Below objects don't have any effects applied

@Jayanta-Das Cannot replicate on Mac, but it might be an issue on Windows with a display shift of how highlights are drawn.
I opened a bug on this one.

@Jayanta-Das This can be replicated on windows with 125% screen scaling. I will try to find a fix for it.
